Keeping it up.

So, today I hopped on the scale. I'm grinning! I'm boogying! I'm a bit excited. Can we say fifteen pounds!! Holy Guacamole! I even have stopped walking for two weeks cuz I've had a cold. David and I went shopping for new jeans for me last weekend cuz all mine are falling off. Wahoo! (Did I say I was dancing?!) Now, I want to focus on my tummy pooch. I've had it for 14 years. My goal is to get rid of it once and for all. Any suggestions??

  1. Yahoo!!! I'm boogying right along with you!! Way to go Shannon!!! Belly fat; my friend & I have been reading about building muscle basically melts fat. So that's kinda what we are working on. 3 days a week is cardio and 3 on weights. Some days we do weights after cardio too. My personal thoughts are that it just goes, it takes time though, to get that skin back into shape esp after babies.
