TTTHHHHHBBBBTTTTT! I'm still having trouble with ALL the weight I want to lose! So here's my new plan...I'm going to get a rec center membership w/tax returns and the kids and I are heading there right after school EVERY DAY! That should at least get us (me) moving more! We'll see how that goes.. until then, I'm going to try yet again to lower my Coke intake every day. I have stocked my fridge with carrots and celery and string cheese. I've been snacking on those daily. We'll see....
Sounds good to me! Try wrapping your cheese in turkey so you get the extra protein. My kids and I love it as an after school snack!
