Whoo Hooo! I just finished dinner, entered all my food into the tracker and Bazinga! I'm under my calorie goal by about 300! Ta da! Now if I can make it to bedtime without snacking... although I am under on fruit still, so I could get away with a banana later....
Now, to get some exercise other than talking on the phone.....
I'm am faithfully entering every tiny little food I eat into the pyramid tracker. It's a great find. Thanks for sharing. Go Steff!
