So I'm doing awesome today! And it's even the weekend! I had 2 medium pancakes this morning, and a huge ol' salad for lunch! Lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, ham, HB eggs, cheese, and olives! And NO dressing! Ha ha.. I've met my veggie requirements for at least 2 days! Now to get some grains and fruit in there...
It gets easier when you use the pyramid tracker consistently!
Way to go Steff! You've done a lot better than I have this weekend. I've had a few little missteps. I'll do better come tomorrow...
