Let's pull out the big guns!

My plan was to lose 20 lbs by summer. Thbbbtttt! That's what my body said to me. Ha ha ha ha ha. Lost 8, gained 4 lost 2. Stayed..... So, this week I started Slim Fast. I'm so hungry... But, I'm already down 1 lb in 2 days. Goal: 8 more lbs by the time I see y'all in 3 weeks-ish. Wish me luck...

  1. Ugghhh.. and good luck! At this point my goal is to lose ANYTHING! 2 long bike rides yesterday should count towards that, right?

  2. Good luck sweet Shannon! I'm pulling for you! Are you doing the shake for breakfast and lunch, a regular dinner and a few snacks? I don't remember what the slimfast plan is.
