Grandma's Plan

You all have talked me into it. I will forgo chocolate except in dire straits. I will exercise everyday I don't have Seth's kids. Having them is as good as exercise and I will eat more veggies. I love them anyway, so that won't be a problem. I have already cut out desserts, except fudge for the holiday.

  2. Yesterday I got on the My Pyramid Tracker, I was amazed at how much exercise we get just doing our chasing after kids, cleaning up, folding laundry, etc, etc.
