Up and Down

I did so good Wednesday. I ate salad, chicken and veggies. I lost 3 lbs, then I felt sick yesterday, so I ate some ice cream to make my stomach feel better. Up 2 lbs. I am doing better today. I hope to do exercises, but so far I am only doing stretches. Better than nothing. Keep up the good work.

  1. It's hard to exercise when it's so icky outside! You could try a Stacie and climb a million stairs! he he he.. ha ha ha...I think chasing grandkids all the time counts as great exercise!
